Position Overview

MAXISIQ is seeking a skilled Cellular / Radio Frequency Engineer to take on a pivotal role as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Cellular/RF operations. This position is a full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead conceptual development, hardware/software specifications, simulation, and reference model creation while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Translate system-level and performance requirements into specifications for transmission line-up and features.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of critical requirements, assessing impacts on metrics, timelines, and associated risks.
  • Tackle complex interdisciplinary challenges related to transmission systems and features.
  • Provide detailed specifications to guide hardware and software development, integrating new technologies to enhance operational capabilities.
Required Qualifications:

Security Clearance:
  • Must possess an active/current Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Spectrum Management, with a focus on various cellular frequencies and coordination with license holders.
  • IAT III Certification - including CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
  • Experience with FCC Experimental Special Temporary Authority Licensing applications or other FCC licensing processes.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and resolve spectrum conflicts to support training objectives.
