The Role
This role is responsible for managing critical and long-term clients at QTS. You'll spearhead all renewals and upsells, as well as technical, process, and billing questions.
Your Impact
- You will establish strong partnerships with customers to tackle complex problems and find effective solutions.
- You will manage and grow your customers' business, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
- You will focus on retention and ongoing customer satisfaction to protect and grow revenue.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales quotas and retention goals through personal relationships with existing customers.
- Act in the best interest of each customer, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
- Participate in a working environment that supports team-based selling channels.
- E nsure complete and accurate information is captured in Salesforce.com CRM system.
What You'll Need
- Three or more years of related IT sales experience with an emphasis on solution selling, preferably within the data center space.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
