About Lotus Villa & Memory Care

We are a licensed Memory Care community and Assisted Living facility for the elderly, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents.

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on the daily lives of our residents who are suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance to our elderly residents, including assistance with walking, dressing, eating, showering, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
  • Assist residents with medication administration and documentation.
  • Participate in recreational activities, housekeeping, laundry, and other instrumental activities of daily living as needed.

Requirements

  • Embody a caring and loving attitude towards our residents.
  • Relate well with residents and their families.
  • Demonstrate safe work habits and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively and able to understand and speak English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Must pass a background check and be vaccinated.
