Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to relevant state practice regulations and understand the legal framework governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
  • Complete all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
  • Assess, treat, and oversee treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
  • Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payers.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • Valid Physical Therapist License in the state
  • Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
