We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef & Kitchen Director to lead our culinary team at the Crowne Plaza Knoxville. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative menu development and exceptional service delivery.

This role requires a seasoned chef with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of kitchen operations, and the ability to motivate and develop a team. You will work closely with vendors to secure the best ingredients and manage department expenses within your control.

A successful Head Chef & Kitchen Director will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and other team members. You should also have a strong understanding of kitchen sanitation, safety, and equipment usage, as well as food storage.

We offer a competitive salary of $25-$30 hourly, along with benefits such as employee rate at IHG hotels, health insurance, paid time off, and free on-site parking.

About the Role:

  • Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes that drive revenue and profit
  • Manage department expenses within your control, including food, supplies, uniforms, and equipment
  • Recruit, train, and lead all kitchen personnel
