Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Grand Geneva Resort, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, creating classic and innovative cocktails, and exceeding our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Craft Classic and Innovative Cocktails: Develop and prepare classic and innovative cocktails, using fresh ingredients and presenting them in a visually appealing manner.
  • Manage Bar Operations: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, manage inventory, and ensure efficient service during peak periods.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with our culinary and management team to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Provide Excellent Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to serve or pour alcohol.
  • Education: High school or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year or more of bar service in a fine dining outlet.
  • Language Skills: Able to read, write, and speak verbally in English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
