Midland Memorial Hospital is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team in a travel capacity. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our patients during their maternity journey.
Certification Requirements- BLS, NRP, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
- A valid TX or Multistate RN License is required.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Be prepared to float to various Maternal Areas, including Mother-Baby and Maternal Child units, as necessary.
- Provide care for healthy newborns when floating to Mother-Baby.
- Prior experience as a Labor and Delivery RN is essential.
- Ability to adapt and float to other Maternal Areas as needed.
- Housing arrangements are the responsibility of the traveler or agency.
- A complete State and County Criminal Background Check is required, covering a minimum of 7 years.
This position operates on a Day Shift schedule.
Additional InformationIt is important to note that housing is no longer provided by the facility; therefore, travelers must secure their own accommodations.
