- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, and Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Special Education (Private or Public).
- Training and Clearances: Complete and pass agency Crisis/Physical Intervention training, and obtain PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, FBI Clearance, and Arrest/Conviction Report.
