- Procedure Support: Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with pain management procedures, including preparing patients for procedures, maintaining asepsis, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Education: Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail
- Experience: One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pain management setting
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
