Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication among all staff regarding management and clinical requirements.
  • Respond promptly to internal communications.
  • Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation following service delivery.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload while adhering to the general expectations outlined for therapists.
  • Meet productivity benchmarks as per the established compensation structure.
  • Deliver consistent clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists and interns, offering insights on clinical strategies, ethical considerations, and documentation standards.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions with pre-licensed therapists.
  • Review and endorse clinical documentation prepared by pre-licensed therapists.
  • Monitor productivity compliance among pre-licensed therapists.
  • Exemplify professionalism through punctuality, appropriate attire, and effective communication.
  • Represent the organization at community events and marketing activities.
  • Participate in administrative meetings, including staff meetings and leadership discussions.
  • Contribute to content development for marketing initiatives.
  • Provide weekly reports on clinical compliance metrics.
  • Engage in quarterly budget reviews.
  • Oversee payroll processes for supervisees.
  • Guide caseload management and internal operations to enhance client care quality.
  • Administer disciplinary measures as necessary for supervisees.
  • Support the development of staff retention and recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in onboarding new therapists, including scheduling and training.
  • Contribute to the professional development of the clinical team.
  • Assist in formulating company policies and operational procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in providing clinical supervision and reviewing clinical documentation is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of a valid license to practice in the relevant state.
  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical practices, theories, and business operations.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to determine the most suitable service modality and setting for clients, including in-office and telehealth options.
  • Skilled in fostering positive and effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
