We are seeking a skilled Ink Technician to join our manufacturing team at Interprint, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain production efficiency by matching ink for production orders
- Produce mid-run ink additions to ensure high-quality products
- Verify weight and contents of inks to maintain quality standards
- Document all process events and approve batches for printing operation
- Input ink mix formulations into color computer and provide necessary information to replacement shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 40 or more pounds
- Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
- Previous work experience in a similar field or completion of vocational training in machine shop preferred
