Benefits
Our part-time RN Supervisor position comes with a competitive salary range of $63 to $65 per hour. The role includes accrued vacation days, sick days, and holidays. Responsibilities
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with at least one year of supervisory experience to lead our team. Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing administrative goals and policies while interpreting objectives of Nursing Services for nurses on the units.
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met during shifts by coordinating with the Staffing Coordinator.
• Rounds daily to ascertain resident conditions and needs, informing the Director of Nursing of changes and problems.
• Observing resident care to ensure orders are carried out as directed and treatment is administered according to physician's instructions.
• Assisting with nurse orientation and clinical placement of nursing students.
• Arranging hospital transfers of residents and providing nursing care, administering medication, and performing treatments as needed.
• Participating in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing departmental goals and objectives.
• Exhibiting creativity and initiative in pursuing organizational and departmental growth and development.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current New York State Registered Nurse License, at least one year of supervisory experience, and either an Associate Degree (required) or a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
