We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CentraCare Baxter Family Medicine Clinic. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-focused rooming for all types of clinic visits
- Communicate results and other medical information to patients and providers
- Assist in ensuring day-to-day activities are completed timely and efficiently
- Perform duties such as rooming patients, obtaining vitals, medication refills, prior authorizations, phone calls, and assisting with in-office procedures
- Collaborate with on-site X-ray and nearby or onsite pharmacy and laboratory services
Schedule and Benefits:
We offer a full-time position with 60 hours per 2-week pay period, with variable days, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, PTO, retirement, and more. Additionally, you will enjoy competitive starting pay rate of $19.66 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on experience.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders, and medication orders
