Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs to promote associate engagement and community involvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by holding hourly associates accountable and analyzing reports.
  • Implement and monitor asset protection and safety controls to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist the store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements and developing plans to correct any deficiencies.
Requirements
  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
