Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of applications
  • Write code, troubleshoot issues, and debug software
  • Assist in configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring
  • Work closely with the product management team to ensure delivery of the best user experiences
  • Build and grow the skillsets of junior engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in software development experience
  • Proven track record of managing a team of developers to achieve company goals
  • Proven track record of architecting, scaling, and implementing complex technical solutions
  • Leadership experience in Agile environments with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep understanding of advanced principles of client-side and server-side development
  • High proficiency in building performant UI components with modern hooks and design patterns
  • Proficiency in Azure or AWS with experience developing cloud-native applications
