We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Receiving Inspection Specialist to join our team at Arete Corporation. This is a non-exempt, non-supervisory, full-time position based in our Niwot, CO office. We offer a range of benefits and perks that make us an attractive employer in the industry.
Responsibilities:- Incoming Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections and verifications of incoming materials and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
- PCBA and Solder Inspections: Perform detailed PCBA and solder inspections in accordance with IPC and J-STD soldering standards to ensure the highest levels of workmanship and quality.
- Non-Conformance Analysis: Analyze and document non-conformances in the non-conformance database and actively participate in Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to drive corrective actions and process improvements.
- Statistical Process Control: Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to track and analyze quality trends, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Quality Management System: Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) by conducting inspections, audits, and process validations.
- Documentation Review: Review and audit material and assembly documentation for accuracy, ensuring traceability and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Education and Experience: Minimum two to four years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably with knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Skillset: Strong ability to understand and interpret complex mechanical drawings, specifications, and procedures; proficiency in Microsoft Office software; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; and willingness to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
