Cocktail Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Hilton Waikiki Beach. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking food and beverage orders, and serving drinks with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
