Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse/LPN to join our team at Provision Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various nursing tasks.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring resident needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular assessments, documenting resident progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our care services.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate degree in Nursing with relevant experience.
  • Current licensure as a LPN or RN in the state of employment.
  • One to two years of experience in a senior care community, with a proven track record of leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
