- Staff Supervision: Organize, train, and oversee Parent's Night Out staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Family Engagement: Maintain regular contact with participating families, making adjustments to Individual Support Plans as needed.
- Reporting: Timely preparation and submission of monthly reports to Advancing Opportunities and DDD requirements.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience working with individuals with disabilities and community events planning or fundraising.
- Skillset: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or other relevant computer software.
