Lehman Industrial Coating is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Painter & Prep Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and painting of automotive parts, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards.

• Accurately match colors and meticulously mix paints and primers using Spies Hecker products.
• Prepare automotive parts for painting through sanding, cleaning, and other essential processes.
• Apply paint coatings to parts with precision and care, achieving a smooth and even finish.
• Work diligently to ensure that all painted parts meet quality standards and specifications.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about automotive painting and possesses the following qualities:

• Proven experience as a body shop painter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of paint mixing techniques and color matching.
• Proficiency in using Spies Hecker auto paint products.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay will be commensurate with experience and demonstrated skill level.
