**Job Summary**
USPI is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations at Chattanooga Pain Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and supervision to the clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Clinical Expertise: Possess strong clinical knowledge and experience in an ambulatory surgery center or similar healthcare setting.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure that clinical operations run efficiently and safely, monitoring and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all relevant healthcare regulations, certifications, and licensures, ensuring the surgery center complies with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in clinical care, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop clinical staff, ensuring they meet all necessary qualifications and certifications.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the administrative team to manage the clinical budget effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and administrative staff to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Current TN RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification. (CNOR preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals.
