Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,400, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role: Our Medication Technicians play a vital role in administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our healthcare providers. They also maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with pharmacies, and participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments, observing and reporting responses to your supervisor as required by state regulations and completion of training/certification.
  • Ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications.
  • Communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery, adhering to state regulations and completion of required training/certification.
