CT Technologist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at The Medical Center of Aurora. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Position patients to capture the appropriate images, ensuring accurate and safe scanning procedures.
  • Administer contrast materials as needed, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a 24-month AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
