About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shelter Cook to join our team at Dreamville Staffing. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients in need.

Responsibilities:

* Retrieve food items from stock areas, freezers, and refrigeration areas.
* Prepare and cook a variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
* Label and store leftover foods properly.
* Assist co-workers as needed.
* Participate in emergency duties, including working in Red Cross shelters or responding to disasters.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in food preparation and cooking.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
