The College of Business at Oregon State University invites applications for part-time instructors to teach on a term-by-term basis for the academic year. These appointments are fixed-term, non-tenure track, with the possibility of renewal at the discretion of the Dean. Some of these appointments may be reviewed for renewal or transition to an instructional position on an annual basis at the discretion of the Dean.
About the College of BusinessThe College of Business is comprised of three schools: Accounting, Finance and Information Systems (AFIS); Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and Supply Chain (MESC), and Marketing, Analytics and Design (MAD). The College supports over 4,400 undergraduate majors, 750 minors, and 250 graduate students. Key Responsibilities- Instructors may be needed to teach courses in the following areas: Accounting, Finance, and Business Information.
- Service to College, University, and profession.
- Masters degree in an appropriate business-related field.
- A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
- PhD in an appropriate business-related field.
- Teaching experience at the college or university level.
Teaching assignments may include course delivery in any format – site-based in-person, asynchronous online, or hybrid combinations of online, site-based in-person, and/or remote instruction.
