Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Hotel Systems and Equipment: Conduct regular inspections of hotel systems and equipment to identify and report any issues or defects.
  • Perform Repairs and Maintenance: Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of hotel systems and equipment.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Identify and report potential safety hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members, including the Chief Engineer and Management team, to identify and accomplish technical and skilled-related projects.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports to the management team on a regular basis to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Technical Skills: A strong understanding of technical skills, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, is required for this position.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with team members and guests.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
