About the Role
Spectrum Community Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. This role involves providing on-site support and care to individuals with physical, cognitive, and/or behavioral disabilities in Adult Foster Care (AFS) or Community Living Services (CLS) homes or private residences.
Responsibilities may include assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, as well as promoting community integration and independence.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid Michigan Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting, medical clearance, and clearance through Michigan Long-term Care (MILTC) screening.
