As a Stylist at Lane Bryant, you will be responsible for providing personalized styling to customers, deepening their connection to the brand. You will utilize your product knowledge, authenticity, and fashion expertise to create positive experiences for customers. Your role will involve empowering self-expression by helping customers find the perfect outfits and accessories that suit their individual needs.

  • Promote in-store events and company programs that support the brand.
  • Ensure a clean, neat, well-presented store by maintaining floor-sets and visual brand standards.
What You'll Bring to the Role
  • 1 year specialty retail experience.
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people.
  • Knowledgeable about what's trending in fashion.
  • Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to multi-task and balance multiple customers at one time.
