Bartending Professional

We are seeking a skilled Bartending Professional to join our team at Georgia Blue. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring consistency in our service standards.

• Welcome each guest personally within 30 seconds to create a positive first impression.
• Verify the age of guests purchasing alcohol and demonstrate knowledge of our menu and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tones, and body language to make them feel valued.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a clean and efficient bar environment.

• Previous bartending experience is essential, unless we promote a server from within.
• Possess a strong outgoing personality, positive attitude, and excellent oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and solid leadership skills, as well as a working knowledge of restaurant operations and service procedures.
• Hold basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register efficiently.

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• This role may involve working indoors or outdoors, with varying weather conditions.
• You will work near moving or mechanical parts and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
