Job Description
Theracare is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated therapy team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current state license/certification
- Minimum one year experience in pediatric speech pathology (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
