Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service with product expertise and selling skills.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and local team to manage inventory, record received and shipped products, and prepare items for shipment.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales goals and resolve customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of related experience in HVAC, customer service, warehousing/distribution, or retail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
