Job Summary:

The Phlebotomy Specialist will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques
* Prepare specimens for lab testing by labeling and packaging them correctly
* Maintain accurate records of patient information and specimen collection
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Medical training or phlebotomy certification preferred
* Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
