About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Batching Specialist to join our production team at Ever Fresh Fruit Company in Warren, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience working with raw ingredients, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year based on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Measure and prepare raw ingredients for production process
  2. Verify lot numbers and adhere to highest standards of food safety, quality, and service
  3. Clean and maintain work area, operate forklifts and other heavy equipment
Requirements
  • 1-3 months related experience and/or training
  • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Legible handwriting and ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
  • Loud working environment and proximity to equipment conducting extreme heat, moving parts, and electrical current
