Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team at CHS Inc. in a leadership capacity, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading general labor responsibilities and supervising staff to meet business demands.
• Maintaining knowledge of commodities handled and complying with company policy and government regulations.
• Working with customers in a courteous and professional manner to provide exceptional service.
• Preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses.
• Loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light-duty machinery/equipment.
• Controlling and monitoring all load out functions, including automated scale/dump systems.
• Conducting and recording daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, inspecting equipment for seeps and leaks.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory quality, including blended, bulk, or packaged products.
• Delivering products to customer sites, keeping work areas clean and safe.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
