Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's and Children's Float Pool

ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Women's and Children's Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to work in our Women's and Children's Float Pool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics and women's health, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various areas, including Labor and Delivery, Maternal Recovery, Newborn Transition, Postpartum, NICU, and Inpatient Pediatrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to women and children in various settings
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
  • BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
  • At least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women's and Children's services areas
  • BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware required
