Job Title: Hearing Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hearing Care Coordinator to join our team at Sonova. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive quality care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Hearing Care Professionals to provide support to referring physicians and patients
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, and assist with support needs within the clinic
  • Collect patient intake forms, maintain patient files, and provide first-level support to patients
  • Process repairs, prepare bank deposits, and submit daily reports to finance
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for community outreach events
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
