Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Job Summary

The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This role requires preparing equipment and providing patient care during cardiovascular procedures, while maintaining a sterile environment and establishing strong professional relationships within the team of cardiologists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of equipment before and during procedures
  • Patient assessment and preparation for procedures
  • Maintenance of a sterile environment
  • Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
  • Participation in the orientation of new staff
  • Use of downtime to complete delegated tasks
Qualifications:
  • Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification
  • Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS certification
  • Basic Life Support training and current certification
  • Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire

We offer a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
