Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Orchestrate Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of our hotel's financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Verify and reconcile hotel accounts, including room charges and food and beverage sales
• Ensure the security and integrity of hotel assets, including cash and credit card information
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, with a focus on auditing or financial management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
