Job Summary

We are seeking a Recreation Advisor to join our team at Glenmont Job Corps Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing recreational programs that promote personal growth, teamwork, and leadership skills among our students.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $17.20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational activities, including sports, fitness programs, outdoor adventures, and team-building exercises.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive recreational environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop social skills, self-confidence, and resilience.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associates of Arts degree or 1 year of related experience working with youth is preferred.
  • A valid in-State driver's license and Company insurability requirements must be met.
