About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solid Surface Countertop Installer to join our team at FloForm Countertops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality solid surface countertops in customers' homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customers' locations to install solid surface countertops
  • Determine and implement the best layout to achieve a desired pattern for installation
  • Remove old material, grout, and adhesive using chisels and scrapers, and clean the surface carefully
  • Follow specifications for installation of new material, including accurate measures, proper installation to fit around obstacles, application of motor, finishing, and dressing joints
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged surfaces
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience with solid surface countertops
  • Liability insurance and workers' comp coverage
  • Ability to read and understand custom, detailed layouts
  • Deliver high-quality professional service and exceptional customer service
  • Reliable transportation and ability to provide own tools for the job
  • Flexibility and willingness to stay and get the job done right the first time
