Position Overview:
We have openings for two shifts:
- First Shift (Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Second Shift (Monday to Thursday, 3 PM - 1:30 AM, with shift differential)

We are looking for Technicians who possess the skill, ambition, and commitment to excel in their craft. Candidates should be adept at setting up, troubleshooting, and efficiently operating high-tolerance components on CNC mills and lathes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a mentoring culture, aiding team members in their professional development.
- Program jobs using MasterCam 2024 or G/M codes to manufacture parts according to client specifications.
- Set up and operate various machining equipment, including lathes and CNC machines, to create components per engineering designs.
- Analyze work orders, blueprints, and engineering documents to determine the necessary machining processes, tools, and materials.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of machines, performing routine checks to uphold accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to address project requirements and troubleshoot potential challenges.
- Monitor machining operations to guarantee product quality and compliance with tolerance standards, making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following established safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Technician, showcasing proficiency in operating diverse machining equipment.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for accurate production.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (MasterCam experience is a plus) and operation is essential.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a dedication to quality.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to safety regulations and best practices in machining.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy items as required.
