Job Description: As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for participating in the performance of daily activities in the Respiratory Care Department, including therapy procedures, in-service education, tracheotomy and ventilator management, and interdisciplinary care with core and ancillary staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform therapy procedures, including respiratory therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Conduct in-service education sessions for employees and external partners.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

Requirements:
