Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality cross-platform applications using Flutter
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other team members to deliver polished and user-centric applications
• Ensure applications are built to be both scalable and maintainable, adhering to best practices and industry standards
• Optimize applications for performance, ensuring they operate smoothly across different devices and platforms
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the applications, from development to deployment to the respective app stores
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues that arise post-deployment
• Stay current with the latest Flutter SDKs, libraries, and best practices, ensuring our applications remain cutting-edge

Requirements:

• Proven ability to deliver great products
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience
• Must be able to work in the US
• 5+ years of combined professional experience in iOS and Android, and Flutter
• Demonstrable expertise in deploying at least one production-grade Flutter application to iOS and Android stores
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework, including widgets, animations, and state management
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and BitBucket
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of software design principles
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in working in Scrum teams
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
