Soliant is actively searching for a committed and skilled Educational Psychologist to become a part of our team in Asheville, NC, and the nearby regions. In this role, you will be essential in fostering the academic, social, and emotional growth of students, working closely with educators, families, and other professionals to facilitate their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional capabilities
  • Analyze evaluation outcomes and provide actionable recommendations to address students' educational and behavioral requirements
  • Work in partnership with teachers, families, and school personnel to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Deliver counseling and therapeutic support to tackle students' emotional and behavioral issues
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions and assist in crafting intervention strategies
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of school-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing the school environment and promoting student well-being

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Educational Psychology or a related discipline
  • Valid certification or licensure as an Educational Psychologist in North Carolina
  • Experience in a school or educational context is preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, evaluation, and counseling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
