As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, helping us deliver exceptional experiences to our clients and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our real estate agents, ensuring timely execution of tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion rates.
  • Managing our online presence, including social media and website updates.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data on customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Proven track record of driving results in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team-based environment
