We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our growing team As a key member of our Cake Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional confectionery products that exceed our customers' expectations.

• Scale, decorate, and produce high-quality desserts, pastries, and cakes that meet our standards.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of production methods and organizational skills to ensure efficient confectionary production.
• Develop and maintain expertise in new products and techniques, and effectively train junior team members.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to strict quality control measures.
• Manage time and tasks with excellent organization skills, prioritizing multiple responsibilities as needed.

• Proven knowledge of food production processes, sanitization, and quality programs.
• Familiarity with food microbiology, sanitary safety practices, and FDA regulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and self-motivation, with a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
