Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Linux, Windows, active directory, LDAP, database, monitoring, service management, cloud, and containerized app platforms. Additionally, you should be familiar with incident management processes following ITIL standards and have excellent communication skills to work with vendors on trouble tickets.
