About the Role
This per diem position is ideal for an individual who is dependable, people-oriented, and adaptable. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching nursing students in a clinical and/or learning laboratory setting, ensuring that the curriculum is consistent with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and/or learning laboratory teaching that ensures curriculum design is consistent with best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and implement teaching plans that meet the needs of nursing students.
- Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement curriculum changes.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred, but a BSN degree is required.
- Current, valid RN license to practice in Ohio is required.
- Experience in clinical and/or learning laboratory teaching is desirable.
