Job Summary

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized care to patients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Implement Nursing Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and obtain specimens for testing.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide Ongoing Patient Assessments: Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop interventions to address these needs.
  • Document Medical Records: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including assessments, education, and interventions.
  • Ensure a Safe Therapeutic Environment: Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, and supervise patient conduct to ensure a smooth and efficient care process.
Requirements
  • Valid and Active Registered Nurse State License: Possess a valid and active Registered Nurse state license.
  • BLS Certification: Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
