Job Summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand, exceeding expectations, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Greet and offer assistance to every customer, focusing on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
    • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place the customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.
  • Commitment to Efficiency
    • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
    • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
    • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
  • Associate Morale
    • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
    • Celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking out feedback for continuous self-development.

Requirements

  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is minimum wage to $16, with salary varying based on the candidate's level of experience and knowledge. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and public health emergency leave.
